Project description:

Facing the problems in the labour markets of the two countries caused by wrong career choices made by students, insufficient information from the labour market, inflexibility of the vocational training system, etc. by pooling the best practices from the two countries and making them adaptable and usable for both sides. The development work will be facilitated by model mirror project elements, such as organising career guidance events, a student exchage pilot project, organising summer camps to facilitate career orientation and employment integration of disabled and disadvantaged youth
