Notification to the applicants (potential Lead Beneficiaries), Third Call for Proposals

Dear Applicants, Dear potential Lead Beneficiaries, 

Please be informed that HU-HR JTS will start from next week on sending completion/ clarification requests via fax at the indicated fax numbers of the designated contact persons of the potential Lead Beneficiaries who submitted project proposals within the Third Call for Proposals of the Hungary-Croatia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme. 

Please be patient before you get the completion/ clarification requests. At this stage it is not possible to contact JTS, data of the designated JTS contact persons will be indicated on the requests for completion/ clarification.

Please note that, with respect to equal opportunities of Project Partners and in line with Chapter 4.6.3 of the Guidelines for Applicants, it will not be possible anymore to ask questions (or in any manner to contact the JTS) 3 working days prior to the submission deadline of the CfP. The last day to contact the JTS is Tuesday, 6 March 2012. E-mails received until 23:59 hours on that day will still be answered.

Partner Search Forum in Kaposvár
10 February 2012

Joint Technical Secretariat of the Hungary – Croatia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013 organised Partner Search Forum on 9 February 2012. The Partner Search Forum took place in Kaposvár, in Somogy-Flandria Inkubátorház és Konferencia Központ. 

Partner Search Forum hosted 120 participants, mainly potential project partners from Hungary and Croatia. Partner Forum was organised through the two thematic workshops, first targeting Area of intervention: Sustainable Tourism in the Mura-Drava-Danube River Area and second targeting 3 other Areas of intervention: Sustainable and Attractive Environment, Co-operative Economy and Intercommunity Human Resources Development.

Information Days 2011

Information Days 2011 in connection to the Third Call for Proposals (CfP), organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat and the Information Point of the Hungary-Croatia IPA CBC Programme were held in each of the seven counties along the Hungarian-Croatian border:                       5 December – Pécs, 6 December – Kaposvár, 7 December – Osijek, 8 December – Virovitica, 12 December – Zalaegerszeg, 13 December – Čakovec, 14 December – Koprivnica.

Hungary- Croatia Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) is informing you about the NEW DOCUMENT on the Programme website.

Handbook to Tourism Projects in the Hungary-Croatia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013, approved by the Managing Authority on 19 September 2011, sums up all relevant programme-level information for the potential Project Partners of joint tourism-development projects under the upcoming Third Call for Proposals of the Programme, to be launched in November 2011.

De-mine HU-HR - Kick-off Conference in Osijek
07 September 2011

The Subsidy Contract for the largest project financed within the Second Call for Proposals of the Programme was signed at the project opening event held today in Osijek, Croatia. The participants of the conference were welcomed by the Prefect of the host County, Osječko-baranjska, Mr Šišljagić and the Head of Baranya County, Mr Zoltán Horváth, whose both Counties have been supporting the project as Associated Partners.

Second Call for Proposals, revised list and statistical data

The revised list of selected projects and the statistical data regarding the Second Call for Proposals are available. Please note that the updated list and statistical data have been uploaded due to the fact that on 19 July 2011 the JMC selected, via written procedure, the 60th project from the Second Call for Proposals, previously put on the reserve list. The project fulfilled conditions to be selected for funding.

Closing conference of the Regional Tourism Product Plan (HU-HR RTPP)
08 March 2011

The Conference Hall of University of Pannonia's educational site in Nagykanizsa, in the Hungarian county Zala, was the site of the closing conference of the Regional Tourism Product Plan (RTPP) project that was held on 8 March. The date of the Conference was at the same time the last day of project implementation, which started with 9 March 2010.

Dear Applicants (Lead Beneficiaries),
Please be informed that the only official communication related to the award of the subsidy in the frame of the second Second Call for Proposals can be issued after the Lead Beneficiaries receive the letter on the award of subsidy from the Managing Authority. During the assessment period the communication you are handling related to the submitted project proposals within the Second Call for Proposals can only contain information about the fact that the project proposals are under assessment.

Partner Search Forum in Varaždin

The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Hungary – Croatia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013 organised the Partner Search Forum in Varaždin, on 7 June 2010. 

Partner Search Forum hosted 150 participants, mainly potential project partners from Hungary and Croatia. Partner Forum was organised through the four thematic workshops, targeting Areas of intervention: Sustainable and Attractive Environment, Co-operative Economy and Intercommunity Human Resources Development. 
 
Participants were welcomed by Nóra Bartha, programme manager for the Hungary-Croatia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme in the Managing Authority in Budapest and Mr. Darko Stilinović, Head of the Department for the Cross-border Co-operation in the Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management in Zagreb.
